Cookie Brooklyn and the Crumbs I Is There Logic In Pop? 7"

NZ postpunk in an ideal format.  And it really does refer to postpunk be it in a very contemporary way.  The title track couldn't have a more appropriate title.  It takes you back to those days when Department S, Slits, Kleenex etc... delivered brilliant singles.  Cookies & Co take a twisted turn with these in mind but slash it all in a mixture of kind of popmusic with a distinctive NZ touch.  Very catchy hooks, and songs which continue on side B which makes me think as bastard child of Joy Division, XTC and Incredible String Band.  Go figure...  Comes in random different coloured sleeves.  But haven't stocked that many.  Love it to bits.
