The funny thing about Crash Toto is i saw some brilliant shows where they went on and on and on.  Really long shows which at my age and the non-smoking restrictments at concerts are a kind of "start-stop" gigs.  After a cassette they come up with a one-sided LP which is to short.  Bastards.  But you are in for one of the finest slices of noiserock you can find these days.  The title track is one monster of a riff taking you back to a wall of guitars from the heydays of Deity Guns, Splintered, Ramleh, Brise Glace or even Unsane.  An absolute stunner.  Should have stopped in a locked groove.  Rheumatism these days is reserved for the young people.  A fckng shame they can't tour with this.  A 26 minute version would be ideal:)  Los Aan De Leiband is Suicide in a Stooges way as they both never sounded.... Rough, no compromises.

"Scraped out from the gunk of the Brussels cult underarm comes the sole outing of a band that perhaps never existed. Crash Toto is like a fever dream cooked up by some deranged scenester chef deep in the zone, where figures from seminal acts Carrageenan, Lemones and Christophe Clébard band together to belch out rancid riffs, chaos drumming, and electronic warfare that assault all sense of orientation. You’ll never see these guys live but their energy plays on mercilessly through the single demented trip that is The Riptoffer EP."
