Suburban Cracked Collective I Private Failings LP

Completely overlooked masterpiece from Australia. A strange affair with broken sounds, soft rhytms, some synths, impro allthough it isn't one of these impro shambles going nowhere. Not at all. It became a coherent album which has the optimism of fi The Books, but also dark atmospheric soundcollages reminiscent of early industrial stuff. Kind of post noise Aussie postpunk in the same league as Mosquitoes/Komare. Dark, hopefull and challenging album this is. Lots to discover. Ltd to 150 copies so wouldn't wait to long.
